Concrete Shaving & Floor Rectification

PASCOE VALE


A mispoured concrete slab in Pascoe Vale sat 15mm too high over 150sq/m, creating major level issues for a planned basketball court. With strict Australian Standard tolerances (3mm over 3m) to meet, we used precision concrete shaving and targeted grinding to bring the surface back within spec.

By removing excess height efficiently, we minimized the need for costly floor levelling, saving time and money while ensuring a stable foundation. With few operators in the country specialising in concrete shaving, this project showcases our expertise in achieving accurate, high-tolerance floor rectifications.

Epoxy Flake Garage Transformation

BLACK ROCK

This epoxy flake flooring project in Black Rock transformed a plain, worn-out garage floor into a durable, visually appealing, and easy-to-maintain surface. Designed to enhance both aesthetics and functionality, the seamless finish not only improves the look of the space but also provides a tough, long-lasting surface that stands up to daily wear.

Miami-Inspired Residence

ST KILDA
This residential project in St Kilda featured a full stone exposure, satin-finish mechanical polish, delivering a high-end, durable, and visually striking surface. The polished concrete seamlessly complements the home’s Miami-inspired design, enhancing the sense of space and modern aesthetics.

Attention to detail was key in achieving a refined finish, with every stage carefully executed to ensure consistency and longevity. The project will be featured on ABC’s Grand Designs Transformations, showcasing the craftsmanship involved in bringing the client's vision to life..
